Screening Process

Our screening process is stepwise filtration of the best candidates. The process includes tests and interviews that are both technical and psychometric.

Hiring Filter

We hire on the basis of three major factors: Skill, Communication and Attitude. We assess on the basis of skills, work experience, professionalism and communication. Our recruitment process takes within 2-4 weeks. However, we pre qualify candidates so they are ready to join when we need them.

Evaluation Phase

Multiple interviews are conducted by managers and HRs to assess the capabilities of the candidate.Through evaluation, we try to hire problem-solvers with a positive attitude and goal oriented personality.
