Inventory and search were not optimized, this led to a slow response when searching for a product.
Products were difficult to search since they were not organized.
Not all payment options were integrated. They were looking for a tech partner that could help them in addressing the above needs as well as update their front-end interface

We re-designed and developed the complete front-end UI to improve the overall customer shopping experience. We helped them categorize their inventory of 90,000 products, under various style categories.Implemented Elastic search with optimization and several customized search features to help improve the searching capability. We enabled them to manage their inventories and stock real-time. Added Number of Payment Options such as; stripe, Paypal and Authorize.Net. Automated Nation-wide delivery – enabled delivery network, as soon as the order is placed they were notified and delivery tracking was made efficient for both the store and the customers.
Client owns a fleet of 150+ cars that they rent out to part-time drivers for Uber, Lyft and MyTaxi.
